Briarcliff Nature Trail Project

The Briarcliff Nature Trail, located behind Briarcliff Elementary at the bottom of the hill was redesigned and lengthened in Fall 2010. The path was widened to more than five feet and is nicely paved with asphalt. The nature trail connects the existing trail around the school and can be accessed by the new outdoor classroom and the 41st Terrace cul-de-sac. Many thanks to residents Meg Conger, Tim Johnston and City councilmen Ed Ford and Russ Johnson, Kansas City Parks Department and Landscape Architect Richard Allen for their involvement and hard work in seeing this new trail established in our community.
